Kimberly Bowen is a brown sash, certified in first level Commando Krav, who has trained in Shaolin White Dragon kung fu for more than two years and has a green belt in Taekwon Do. She is encouraging to new students, inspiring them to strive for the best they can be at any age or fitness level. She is the proud mother of two Shaolin White Dragon teens who are also Commando Krav warriors.
