Traditional Shaolin Kung Fu for all ages and abilities with emphasis on physical conditioning, self defense (including Commando Krav), Hung Gar and Pai Lum forms as well as sparring. Little Tigers class, ages 4 to 6, joins the all-ages class for shared activities such as sumo wrestling and forms showcase.
