Macabee Martial Arts is a family-oriented school led by Grand Master Jacob Lunon, founder of Shaolin White Dragon Kung Fu/Karate system and certified Commando Krav instructor. Children, teens, and adults train together in a rigorous but non-competitive environment, with advanced students helping to teach the up and coming students. You are welcome to join at any level of fitness and experience. Master Lunon works with you to improve your physical condition and abilities from whatever level you start with to as far as you want to take it – probably beyond what you thought was possible!
