KOSHER WEIGHT LOSS PLAN
This is a weight loss meal plan redesigned Kosher by Susan Richardson,
a licensed nutritionist for Shick Shadel. Based on the Billy Blanks
8-day 24/7 meal plan. All the carbs are lowered, and the protein
is increased. The meals and the snacks are divided into five eating
periods of the day to optimize your weight loss, and decrease your
craving for food. The first three days will be a shock to your system
as your body will be detoxing from carbs and sugar. You may feel
a little tired, lethargic, and some people are prone to headaches.
These symptoms are decreased by drinking WATER, so PLEASE drink
a bare minimum of 65 ounces of PLAIN water per day. You should drink
80 ounces of water per day, but no matter what do not fall below
65 ounces. Every day has a complete menu along with a full nutritional
analysis. Your calorie intake will be about 1400 calories daily.
This is fairly low, but it is not a starvation diet by any means.
BEFORE YOU BEGIN THIS DIET PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
1. Please consult your physician before you begin this or any other
exercise or weight loss program.
2. This plan is designed to be used for eight days to kick start
a weight loss plan. It is not recommended that you follow it more
than that.
3. After three days if you continue to feel lethargic and/ or have
headaches,you should increase the portions of protein and vegetables.
DRINK A MINIMUM OF 65 OUNCES OF WATER.
