What is Yoga of Damo?
Structured from the foundations of Hatha yoga and the Chinese
martial arts, this is a total fitness program for everyone regardless
of age or physical condition. Its therapeutic postures will increase
flexibility, strength, deeper breathing patterns, and healthier
functioning of the internal organs (stomach, lungs, kidneys, liver,
and heart.)
How long is the Yoga of Damo course?
The training is broken down into five three-month courses. Each
session will teach you a part of the complete form for a total
body workout while concentrating on one specific area at each
level of training.

After completing each level requirement, and being able to perform
the form and postures proficiently for that level, you may then
opt to repeat the session or test to advance to the next level
of training. After 15 months, a student instructor program is
offered to the graduate who wishes to continue on and teach the
Yoga of Damo form.
