Self Defense for Women Only
Learn simple but effective self defense techniques to use in real life, along with conditioning to build your strength, flexibility and endurance. This class is taught by Tabitha Werblud, physician, certified yoga instructor, and brown sash kung fu instructor. These classes are for adult women only.
Fall Class starts October 1

Time: Tuesday 6:30 – 7:45 pm (except 2nd Tuesday of the month, Oct – Mar)
