Sports Yoga for Women
Relax, rejuvenate and energize with this class for women of all levels taught by Tabitha Werblud. You will learn the basics of yoga and the Yoga of Da Mo, a Kung Fu form that integrates a flowing motion form, yoga and Tai Chi. In this practice you will improve flexibility, muscle tone, balance, strength, relaxation and blood circulation.
